Ran next to my daughter on her bike, not much today - shin a bit sore from yesterday's effort. I'm working fri,sat & sun 12 hour day shifts but hopefully I'll squeeze a couple of doubles in... Although I do want to miss any of the Olympics! Lucky this has been a step down week, not that I really deserved or worked for it!
