Took it easy for the first 3 and breathing wasn't the easiest but pushed through.. Pollen and reap seed everywhere, my shorts and tops were covered in it when I got home. Pushed really hard on the last mile, no watch but good effort. Run club newby tomorrow!

Solid run Jim. I can imagine breathing might have been an issue :) My wife would be on her neb just thinking about it :)

Good run Jim, Try to avoid the fields. If the clubs anything like mine your love it and felt I was pushed today. BRING IT ON.
