    Ummm, it was ugly and it hurt...bad...I'm not gonna lie. I am limping to an ice bath. On a positive note, I can dominate a hill!!!

      Suzanne, you will! I started in Nov 2010, made it to 5K by Jan and a half marathon by the end of April. I continue to sign up for races so that I have a goal and a schedule to stick to. It also helped me a lot to have a training partner to run long runs with once a week. Good luck!

    6 on the treadmill, BORING! But a mom's gotta do what a mom's gotta do sometimes. Ran it super fast...drenched in sweat and happy.

    Ran to test out my new shoes!!! Got my new New Balance 1080's in the mail...they feel great, and most importantly they are bright orange. It was better than Christmas!

      Nice race! Haven't done the Papa John's the last couple of years but I used to always use it as a prep for the KDF Marathon. It's a fun race :-)

      I ran my first KDF Mini Marathon last year, but this was my first year for the Triple Crown. I kind of understand now why some people want the old Mini course back, I loved the run through Irquois! I have an uncle named Britt by the way!
