    rain pushed the weekend's long run out to today. i miscalculated the weather so was slightly overdressed in the increasing warmth and humidity .Slogged it out to 4mi though and achieved my goal.

    Had to try out my new running shoes. Which are perfectly identical to the last pair. Which is good, but not terribly exciting. No fab colors, new fit. Just good shoes.
