    Went well, muscles were a little sore from yesterday. It is not like I am walking a flat 2.5 miles, it is very hilly out here! I know it will get easier as time goes by!

    Went well considering how out of shape I am. I think I am going to start getting up around 6:00 am to walk it is getting too hot to walk this late in the morning.

      Wow early morning walking, you need a portable radio so you can listen to PJ the whole time.

      that's a good idea, do they even make those anymore? I had my MP3 player with me this morning, but it would be cool to listen to PJ while I am walking! Good idea Ben!!
