    First time doing a "class". WOW, amazing how much it worked on my core! I needed to find something I could do that kept the pain limited but still did something to my body! I love this!

    I've slowed down to almost once a week and don't like that but I've been battling cancer so I guess it's ok? LOL I loved being back!
