    Very good - after a break:
    Squats: 155 lb (55(left plates)+55(right plates)+45 (bar))
    and some more leg extensions and leg curls and calf raises...
    followed by 3 km cycling to avoid sour muscles

      wow - is that the morning workout or the office gym ? Am always reluctant to try the weighted squats.

      Yeah, for me too Leg workout is least enjoyable... I workout at Gold's Gym (Kothrud)
