    Got up early to go for a walk around my usual loop. It was a beautiful morning. The problem with walking at 5:30, is that I see a lot of people out running. :-( I miss being that person.

    Walk with mom's dog after my lumbar injections. Waving at the neighbors. ;-) Back felt ok. GPS on my phone was really off so I had to map the route when I got home to know the distance.
