It was so nice to ride tonight. Didn't push very hard. Into the wind on the way out, so that was slow going. But I didn't care...I had left two cranky kids at home!

ya it was definitely cold this morning i struggled to finish 3 miles and yet you ran a half thats awesome time to rest up now and take it easy

Lovely night for a bike ride. I have a blister on my thumb from working in the garden yesterday and it rubbed on the handlebars the entire time. I hate stupid gardening injuries! :-)

Oh, Intervals. How I've missed you. (not really) But, the feeling I get after a good interval workout can't be matched. I like starting out the week feeling strong.

If your training pace is almost half-marathon pace, you gotta kick it up a notch on race day!! You surely have another PR in you already. :)

The reality is that I probably train too fast. And, I've been toying with the idea of trying for another sub-2 half, but be sure to keep that on the DL. :-)
