      I listen to podcasts. They make it (almost) bearable. I just get bored by moving so slowly. And that is saying something, because even when I run, I am still moving slowly.

    A chilly morning. I interspersed a couple runs. Each one was one block long. There is still pain, but it is different. I need to investigate further.
