    I'm 'allowed' 1.5 miles, but decided to take it a bit easy today.

    Harvest Days Pumpkin Run 3.02 mi 00:34 11:22 pace

    Did this as a run/walk. I ran the first half mile, walked until 1.5, ran to 2.0, walked to 2.6 and ran to the finish line. It is really hard not to 'race' a race.
