    Ran with my dog, PJ. Slower run, but good considering I haven't run more than 1 mile since November due to my hip injury. Felt good.

      i just learned what facets were in anatomy..(just had to throw that out there lol). awesome job on running such a great pace heather! this was that 5k u told me about right? i was in south loop yesterday with my friend and we saw a bunch of turkey trotters all over the place! i wish i couldve done it. i didnt even know of it!

    Run/Walk the Monster 5k. Was supposed to do the Monster 1/2 marathon, but I hurt my back a week ago. Run/walk with the puppies (dressed up in their tshirts) and the hubby.

      Sorry to hear about that... I'm doing the Hot Chocolate too!! I really wanted to do the Chicago Monster 1/2, but I was so freaked out about doing it so close to the marathon. You should check out going to the Chiropractor for the back issues too... that helped me a lot!

      Thanks! No doctor yet, but I did take a muscle relaxant. It's hard to rest my back because I teach 30 5 year olds.
