    I pulled the calf muscle at Pickleball yesterday so just did and easy walk to keep moving. I stayed away from the big hills the girls ran but got a good walk in .

    Went to step circuit at 9:00 for 50 minutes and then to Pickleball at 1:00 for 2 hours. Home for dinner and then off to a movie at the multi purpose room. Great day.

      Timothy: It's a cross between table tennis and tennis. It's done with a wooden or grafite paddle and a whiffle ball. The court is smaller than a tennis court with its own rules. You tube it. It's the up and coming most popular sport world wide. We love it.
