    First time out on the bikes since September. Time to get the butt calloused again. Nice easy ride and enjoyed the morning. Great trails.

    We biked to Tonoquint Park to participated in the Alzheimer's benefit walk then biked back home. Nice morning with friends. Hiking tomorrow.
