I stopped running at the beginning of the year due to an old hamstring injury. Now I'm training for a 1/2 marathon 20 wks to go. Power Walking with some friends. Walking close to a 4mph makes me want to just run. It's been a whole since I last used this for tracking. Nice to see you're still at it

I got very lazy over the summer and my running really deteriorated so I'm trying to get back into it. Good luck with your training!
