TM run with incline work

Inspired my many of you but specifically Rachelle W. and Julia H. I decided to mix in some incline work on the TM run today. I am not quite to the maniac level of those two but I did the following:
1% for 1 mile at a 8.34 pace
3% for 1 mile at a 8.34 pace
1% for 1 mile at a 8.20 pace
4% for 1 mile at a 8.20 pace
1% for i mile at a 8.34 pace
Its been a while since I have done any kind of hill work so it felt good.


holy amazingness!!! ONE ENTIRE MILE at both 3% and 4% at speedy speeds!?! awesome! you rocked it! guess i have my work cut out for me next run ;) thanks for the shoutout!
