    Great workout this morning. Had a little mishap on one of the plyo boxes. Racked the shin pretty good. But once done with circuit and core routine did 15 minutes on the recumbent bike.

      Well, I finished in 2:22 with Lydia and my father in law one step behind. We were all one second apart. Lydia is running the Ogden marathon so we are starting her training so we won't be racing much before then but we will meet up one day for sure.

    TM run 6 mi 00:54 09:00 pace

    Pushed myselft just a little tonight with a progressive run. Did the 2 miles of each of the following paces, 9.22, 8.57 and 8.34. Turned out to be a good run. A lttle difficult but not too bad.
