Great workout this morning. Had a little mishap on one of the plyo boxes. Racked the shin pretty good. But once done with circuit and core routine did 15 minutes on the recumbent bike.

Planned on 14 but Lydia H. was having some knee pain so we cut it short. Great run anyway though with her dad.

Pushed myselft just a little tonight with a progressive run. Did the 2 miles of each of the following paces, 9.22, 8.57 and 8.34. Turned out to be a good run. A lttle difficult but not too bad.
