great With my Protege 2.2 mi

Ran with one of the New Energy females (age 6) who really just loves running. Ran a nice warmup, stretched then ran 1/2 mile easy-1/2 mile at our goal mile pace (8:15) (they race the mile!) then cooled down with an extra half mile.

I asked her for her autograph for when she follows in Lolo Jones footsteps (her favorite trackstar ;))
