Not really what my plans were today, but coach asked if I wanted to join him in some road intervals. (erg, voluntold me we should do some road intervals together?) I have a constant pace of 6:30, that is my comfort zone. Anything below that I hurt and struggle with so we are trying to break through that barrier.
This was not pretty and I was all aboard the pain train .1 into starting this run. Did an assortment of distances. All I know is my first mile was 5:40. Couldn't tell you the rest of the distances because I can't remember.
I miss half marathon training where I could just run easy all the time. ;) Actually-I'm very proud that I went through with this.
