As promised, I cut my miles in half this week (it's still a really foreign concept to me that I'll be above 40+ by cutting...) Anyways-I wasn't really sure what to expect with this run.
I didn't really feel that great, I actually felt rather heavy and weighed down. This is normally how I feel leading up to a race...I don't know what was going on last week...must have taken roids or something (I kid) Either way, I shocked myself and was still able to hold a faster pace then last weeks session.
Windy and humid but nice out.
I'm not really sure what to expect with Sunday's half. I am just going to have fun with it. I think I might wear my asshugger cross country spanx because my ex will be there. In the 2000 people that run, knowing my luck we will somehow run into each other...multiple times...Right then. To sum it up-I would like to still be under 1:30 and this run was rather confident boosting that I can do that.
