Three sets each of:
Bar Front Squats (55 lb); Bench Laterals

KB Goblet Jump Squats (10 w/15 lb KB); GHD; Snatch Practice (15 lb bar); Ring KB Split Squats (6 each side); Band Kickbacks

One set: jump rope 1 min; calf raises (2 drops)
Two sets: Wall Sprints; calf raises (2 drops)
