blah Crossfit - Back in the Saddle

After three rounds of antibiotics and zero workouts in the past 4 or 5 weeks, I finally got back to crossfit. Ow. 500m row, 12 overhead squats (75lb), 50 double-unders (jump-roping) x3 for time. I decided to not scale the workout, so it took over 20 minutes. Did I say "ow" yet?
