What a way to start my Sunday. Feels great to run a little bit farther, started new week on my training and it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Knees feel a little weird, do not usually have knee issues...hmmm.


Great job! This new week will go well, I'm sure. Remember, the hardest part was when you first started. :)
