      I like June gloom - it may not be good beach weather, but it's great running weather. And Anchorage in the summer, especially the sunny days in the low 70s, is a veritable runner's heaven. Glad you had a good run today!

      I certainly get that way sometimes too Sandra! Big time kudos for getting out there anyway! And don't be too tough on your body. Sometimes it knows exactly what it needs... a relaxing break always does wonders for me when I have a little slump...
