8:00, 7:45, 8:40, 8:05, 7:07 -Was feeling blah, but then decided to pick it up the last mile on the hill home so I would not regret missing sub 40 for the 5. The body responded, and it helped that I didn't obsess over lap times but rather focused on the distance/how I felt. In the future I may only set my Garmin to track lap times when I am running tempo or track work.
