8:17, 9:29 - First run outside after deciding to stay inside and rehab the back/IT band. Nice light jog and for the first time in 10 years, no pain... finally, after so many doctors said I would never be able to run/would always be in pain... I will be lowering my expectations this year to a 18:59 5K to take pressure off and focus on solid health. Thanks everyone for the support!!!
