    Very happy considering one week after IronMan race, and sprint triathlon race yesterday. Time to start training for SCKLM.

    Flat except bridge crossing when u get to climb and decent! Each lap is 10km running on both sides of river. Scenic and great spot for supporters having picnic by both side of river banks.

      Azlan A, elite triathlete can swim with speed of 12min per km. By the time they finished IronMan distance, I will be 40min behind. Ha ha ha! Mana yang cepat?

    An easy run with brother and sister in-law. Ngam ngam 10km for an hour. Another satisfying morning run, and met a couple of old friends at the park. Heading back to KL shortly.
