Not as planned because of some GI issues but not too bad.
12K easy, chatting with @Lihas about his preparations for Comrades (jealous...) :)
Next 12-15K @4:10/k paced by Philip, Joel and Jospeh - all Kenyans racing in next week's Vadodara race.
GI issues cut this short with a slow last 5K.
Week total is new PB and this is my first week of my program leading up to Boston in April... So far so good :)

I wish you to continue with PB all the way to Boston mate. Have a good weekend.

Pardon my ignorance, but what is 'GI', if it is not indecent to mention in full (in that case you can send me a personal message). Great pacy run as usual!

@Marty, my new 6-day program leaves Sundays off. (But let's see if I will not be tempted for a short one :)

@Henrik, i am watching your performance with awe and interest. I am also trying to defy the theory of one day rest and put the 'listen to your body' above that. WTG!
