Not as planned because of some GI issues but not too bad.
12K easy, chatting with @Lihas about his preparations for Comrades (jealous...) :)
Next 12-15K @4:10/k paced by Philip, Joel and Jospeh - all Kenyans racing in next week's Vadodara race.
GI issues cut this short with a slow last 5K.
Week total is new PB and this is my first week of my program leading up to Boston in April... So far so good :)
