Done. Not quite as awful as yesterday morning (I didn't really start pouring sweat until mile 2 today! Haha!!), but still a good challenge. Mentally, I find it harder to run in the summer and I often find myself wondering how I ran some of my past races at much faster paces... Then I remind myself it's summer.... This will pay off in the fall!
