      Running is 90% mental, and it looked like you had a tough day dealing with that large portion. I'm sorry you didn't enjoy the race today! But that is a quick pace!! Consider all your learnings and apply it for your next race. I know you do enjoy running and will find joy in it. Congrats on your new "senior" status!

      sometimes we just have those crappy races where the head wasnt really in the game, If anything it pays not to dwell to much on it, or let it put you off a particular type of race, course, or event. The others have already pointed out your cracking good pace over a crosslauf course. ... Oh and welcome to the seniors, old man.

      Mit 'nem Rucksack zu laufen, kann ich mir so gar nicht vorstellen. Aber vll. bin ich auch einfach noch nicht soweit, dass ich so etwas überhaupt mal in Erwägung ziehen würde.

      Die schuhe sehen auch interesant aus ;) Die frage ist muss man alles hin und her transportieren, Bsp gibt es einen Schrank wo man die Büro Schuhe lagern kann etc.

      alun, ich habe sogar einen spint gemietet, bei den sporteinrichtungen, 500m von meinem büro entfernt. häufig muss ich aber doch noch zwei oder drei dinge mit nach hause nehmen.

      Meinst du mit Laufrucksack einen Trinkrucksack? In dem Fall kann ich den CamelBak HydroBak empfehlen. Den habe ich mir für längere Läufe im letzten Jahr gekauft und bin zufrieden damit.

      danke für den tipp. was ich bräuchte wäre eher eine lösung um ein paar wechselsachen oder zumindest schlüsselbund, das portemonaie und vielleicht ein buch hin und her zu bewegen.
