Day 4...moderately sore. A great feeling, though, really! Can you see my 6 pack yet? Huh? Can ya? Oh...it's only been 4 consecutive days? Well, I'm sore enough that it feels like I should have a 6 pack! LOL Oh well, I'm staying the course. Hated getting up this morning to do this. I could have just used an extra 30 min in bed! What am I saying...I could have used like 3 more HOURS, but at least 30 more minutes would have been nice!
