I had it handed to me tonight....

Climbing intervals. It was just one of those nights where it was just work...the entire time! I was ready to bail about an hour into it, but somehow I managed to get through it. My legs are so tired. Tomorrow's run will be interesting at best! Bike time is in the bank...tonight it wasn't pretty, though.


that's a long time to be on a spin bike. time to relax have some protein drink... and a gigantic BEER!!! awesome ride shannon
