I have a plan this week to get all of my workouts in before work. I don't have my kids at home this week because they are with their grandparents for Spring Break, so I have no excuse but to get up and out the door as early as I want.
200 w/u
100 pull w/buoy
8x50 hard with 90 sec recovery
6x100 moderate with 90 sec recovery
100 finger tip drag
100 c/d
When my knee was bothering me, I used a pull buoy for the entire workout. Now that my knee is better, I ditched the buoy (except for the set that it was to be used by design); however, I didn't kick. I just drug my legs through the water. When I swim in my tris this year, I am going to focus on not using my legs at all so that I can save them for the bike and run, especially at Longhorn. It is a weird feeling because my natural instinct is to kick. I had to keep reminding myself to *not* kick. Overall, good swim.


I am not if Week 'of' Right is a typo but I like it!
