    Felt so good - the jogging was easier than I expected. Did about 9 minutes of jogging interspersed with brisk walking. Hoping to get off the weight loss plateau!

    Very sore this morning from the Bodypump class. Treadmill helped work out some of the kinks, but my new best friend is Icy Hot...

    Went quickly. Haven't exercised consistently in awhile, so I kept my speed under 4.0 and didn't try any running. Will do this for a week or so then bump it up a bit.
