    Felt slow on the way out, but kicked it into high gear on way back.

    First run in a long time. Felt alright be will need to keep it up if I am going to make it through Colorado Relay coming up in September.

    Ride was great! Felt strong on the climb. I did end up falling over at a stop light due to loose shoe cleat.

    Last weeks group ride with about 20 riders. This was the first time I have been able to stay with everyone and not get dropped. :)
