great Party Hearty Zumbathon 02:00

This is one of THE best Zumbathons I have ever attended for so many reasons.
a) I personally support the fight against heart disease on women as I myself, despite my lifestyle has HBP;
b) this is my first Zumbathon since I became licensed to teach Zumba, so I didn't feel funny standing in the front of class(which I always did before) but I was more familiar with the basic moves and some of the choreography and
c) I thought I was just gonna wing this one since I was tired from yesterday's very busy activities and this morning's "brutal cold and hilly" run, but this was the first Zumbathon that was non-stop and so was I.
I want to apologize in advance to the runners, but I am so sorry, but dancing is my number one passion by far. Thus, Dancin.Runner.Vee:) Love ittttt!!!
