Man, I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks burpees suck.

Today's warmup (3 rounds):
15 back extensions
Sampson stretch
15 Overhead squat

Today's workout:

For time:
30 Handstand push-ups
40 Pull-ups
50 Kettlebell swings
60 Sit-ups
70 Burpees

I ended up doing:
For time:
0 Handstand push-ups—I got into position but was too damn heavy. Subbed in overhead press and still dips
20 Pull-ups (assisted)
20 Cable pull downs
50 Kettlebell swings
30 Sit-ups (I have no core)
30 Burpees

I'll keep pressing on.
