It felt like something in my left calf went "CRRRRRK", and that was the end of that run. After a little roadside self-massage and a little stretching I was able to walk back okay. Couldn't run tho.

Freaky.

Hopefully it's just a pull or a strain or whatever and not a tear in one of the little muscles in my calf. It didn't turn black or fill up with blood or anything dramatic, so hopefully it's just mad at me.

    i am starting to believe that as long as we don't push past the pain that we heal rather rapidly... I have a calf I tore and it healed quick... I just had to chill (sometimes easier said then done) I am routing for ya man.
