      Lol, I do hope you’re right Bob. It’s my first 10k trail race so I have nothing to compare the time with except my road races and they as you know are so different.
      Main thing will be being free from pain! 😁

      I'm so glad you are alright Helen! These horrid "don't give a toss " types once caught should never be allowed to drive again, and that's if, A BIG IF they are not already banned from driving but, what happens practically nothing!

      Thank you Chi. The police phoned me and they will contact the company as they should know which driver it was, but of course there were no witnesses and I was unhurt so not much they can do.
