Very icy in Peebles in the morning, that meant the walk was shortened to 1.5 miles, another 3 in the afternoon back home where it was ice free.

I was going so well too when I hit the black ice and it hit me back big time. Waited a week before I saw a doctor as I kept thinking the pain would go away.
It actually feels slightly better tonight, not sure if it’s the pain meds or the cannabis lolly at work 😁

Not risking running today. Hands, elbows and knees are multi coloured but not too sore. I wish I could say the same about my ribs, it’s even sore to breath deeply.
