    8 lovely miles with ben and wyatt - first time as a full fam (how can that be?!) such a nice mother's day treat. best part of the day.

    rainy and dreary but good workout

    felt pretty solid. running 1 min repeats (every 5 mins) starting at mile 8 at 5k pace as a CHALLENGE. probably more like 10k pace
