    alright half ladder at red hook track 8.25 mi

    2.5 mile warm and cool
    1x400, 1x800, 1x1200, 1x1600 with 400 jogs in between
    legs felt pretty heavy but weather was wonderful and got to jog back with Ricky R. and Ben S. - so i'll call it a win

    another (how did i get so lucky?) run with ben in PA. warm up and cool down together, ben did some speedwork in the middle. weather was perfection.

    did the first half out with Ben S. (swooon) on the trails out in starlight, pa. ben went a bit further then caught up with me at the tail end. it was just lovely.
