    Beautiful sunrise this morning! And this morning's workout was insurance for me to be able to make smart choices and still enjoy myself at today's big BBQ :)

      1 mile = about 100 calories. 3.5 miles = 350 calories. Thats about 2 cookies or a piece of pie and a scoop of ice cream. People underestimate how much work it takes to burn off what they eat. Enjoy but don't over do it!

    Even though I had horrible insomnia last night, I was still able to get up and do my walk this morning! My leg is almost 100% better so I was able to do my regular jog around the park too :)
