Since my wife isn't a runner...but she's a health professional...and fully supportive of runners that hurt that themselves and require her chiropractic treatment...we enjoy and laugh at all of these together. I wince...she smiles. Haha!

Great long run with Chris M. this afternoon. The miles just flew by and I felt strong the entire run. I even had enough left in me to push the pace the last mile. Good times!
