      Since my wife isn't a runner...but she's a health professional...and fully supportive of runners that hurt that themselves and require her chiropractic treatment...we enjoy and laugh at all of these together. I wince...she smiles. Haha!

  14. #dailymission - I'll skip a strength training night for happy hour at Dogfish but nothing keeps me from a training run except serious illness.

  15. #dailymission - I was in a rut and needed a better way to deal with shit so it was either drugs or running. Since I don't know any dealers, I chose the latter.

    10 minute elliptical warm up followed by an hour of TRX. Added some new suspended core work. I suck at suspended side planks.

    Great long run with Chris M. this afternoon. The miles just flew by and I felt strong the entire run. I even had enough left in me to push the pace the last mile. Good times!
