    HOT. Sluggish today but got it done. Last mile was done bare foot. I cannot go more than 4 miles before my feet BURN....no matter what shoe...so annoying.

      Outstanding. Great lesson on learning about the importance of warm-ups to you. My experience is that the older we get, the longer it takes. Good warm-ups for me have meant less injury. Way to go Heather!
