      Kathy: it's basically a track or speed workout in the water. We wear a floatation belt and do running intervals. No impact and a great workout.

    So happy to be able to bike commute again, but it was a chilly morning with a headwind the entire way to work. I also had trouble shifting and got stuck in hard gears. Made the hills interesting!

      Leslie Branham teaches it at the Oxford Community Center in STP on Sunday mornings (7 & 8am). It's $20/class or $110 for a 6-class punch card. And it's a fantastic recovery workout because you can go really, really hard with no impact. I highly recommend it.
