    Ran on the elliptical today. Random setting level 10 again. Felt good, but I paid for it today because I didn't stretch enough after my run yesterday.

    Did good on my Interval run, although I think its about time I step it up...
    Followed this run with 6 miles in 15 minutes on the bike. It felt good!
