  9. RUN
    1.71 km

Yeah I did my morning run after dropping my kid off at school while on a conference call. Short runs fit into my day will get me back into the habit- yay!

  10. RUN
    good 2.59 km

OK, so I didn't time it. And it wasn't very far. But yeah I ran outside! In the snow! In the dark! It was very exciting.

  11. RUN
    good 1.11 mi 00:10:00 09:00 pace

wanted to see how far I could run in 10 minutes trying to go as fast as manageable. Kinda random but it's bedtime so didn't wanna be on the TM for too long.

  12. FIT
    good 100 pushup challenge w1 d1

so I have a confession- I did w1 d1 pretty much right after the initial test (7). I suck at following instructions. Regardless - 6, 6, 4, 4, 7. Thanks Shawna for the link!

Did a 5 k outdoor run. I did sprinting and walking for the last bit. It was freaking nice out. I'm going to MISS this fall weather so I'd better get it in while I can.

    blah 10 km 01:08 10:54 pace

First 10k. I felt kinda shitty to be honest. Just hard breathing in the cold air or something. But my goal was to not walk- and although I ran slow I did meet that goal. Now I have an official 5k a... read more

  17. RUN
    good 2 mi 00:21 10:31 pace

1 mile warmup and then intervals of one minute sprinting, one minute walking... (sprinting was 8-9mph) for another mile. Then a bit of a walking cooldown I'm not counting for distance or time.
