    Definitely whooped from the new lifting routine. Took it slow and did what I could on toasted legs. Wanted to do 7, but timing didn't allow it.

    Increased glute extension to 75, planks to 45 sec, and delt flies to 10 for 1st 2 sets, then back to down to 7.5, pushups to 3x6
    decreased bicep curls to 12.5, so I could do them simultaneously

    Intervals, 5x 3min hard, 1 min easy. 5 min warm up and cool down.
    Holy crap this was harder than I thought.

    off week from long runs but still wanted to get a substantial distance in. Felt great and picked up the pace the last 5k clocking in with a 32mins. very little achilles pain : D
