Hey Miss B! Just thought I should mention that on the last two workouts...You've given us a reminder about the student voicemail, with the due date being saturday by midnight, instead of Thursday!

@Soccertray4 you can alway edit your workouts after posting. (Click on the 'profile' tab and then select 'edit' next to the workout you want to edit.)

Hey! I posted my workout EXW "Speedtraining" and I hit submit and thought it did'nt go through so I pressed submit again and it submitted three times. Sorry for the multiple posts.

Melissa - Go to your profile tab... next to each workout there should be a button that says "add details" - when you click on it, next to the name of the workout there is the option to delete. Feel free to delete those repeat workouts.

I was just curious as to how I am supposed to do the voice emails. I cant find the links to them and I see that I lost 5 pts for not doing it the week school started. I am a bit confused if you could help me that would be great

This was a great challenge for me and I loved the way I felt later in the day. I was a little sore in both legs, but that didn't stop me from doing some gardening that evening. I believe that with every work out I am coming out with more energy afterward. Yes!!

This class is awesome! It's really opened my mind to spicing up daily routines and the true potential for a dynamic and diverse workout structure, and I think I really noticed this in my previous workout reflection. DailyMile is great for documenting!
