      I'm all registered for a sprint over Labor Day weekend. I've done this one twice before (what can I say, I love it, it's in my hometown). The WHOLE GOAL this season is to train and stay injury free :)

      great to see you back...we "camped" in the Adirondacks too...only our "camper" had internet :) to keep my logs going. we were in Saranac lake area...lots of kayak, canoe, running, and hiking opportunity's for all. good ride.
