    Another hot one in the afternoon. Added another .25 to the run with the plan in 3 weeks to have them run 7 miles in under an hour. Cooler weather in the future will also help.

    Good run with Koen at lunch. It was another hot one but pushed along with the goal to have a burger at the end of the run.

    Shoreline Squad Run - As always we plan to run @8:30 per mile which lasted 2 then faster with each mile. Mile 7 @7:37 and Mile 8 @7:20. Got the speed workout for the week.

    Sprints 3 x 5 at 30 with 30 seconds rest. 5 min recovery between sets at 110 to 120 RPM - almost max effort. Just dont have it today. Max effort was very low for me today.
