It was hard but I did it! I completed my first 5k race!!!!!

I'm surprised I actually did this! I had to slow down a little during the last run (knee hurting) but I actually did it!

First time outside. No treadmill. I think I did pretty damn good. I didn't noticed until after I was done that I went faster than I normally do. WOOHOO! So excited (and tired!)

Been having trouble setting aside time at home for running on the treadmill. Joinning the gym today so I can workout everyday right after work.
