      Hmmm...it takes a little bit of time, but you probably know that already and I'm sure that doesn't make you feel any better. What are your speed workouts like?

    It was hard but I did it! I completed my first 5k race!!!!!

    I'm going to do another one next month and hopefully beat my time.

    First time outside. No treadmill. I think I did pretty damn good. I didn't noticed until after I was done that I went faster than I normally do. WOOHOO! So excited (and tired!)
