I haven't completely forgotten about daily mile. I have not been good about working out until this last week and now I'm back to figure out if I can get the iphone app MotionX GPS to send miles and speed to dailymile...

I've walked some since the last posted workout but I don't know how much. My new shoes aren't as great as I initially thought and the inserts I put in the old shoes don't breath so they're too warm. Ugh.
