    Estimation of the distance and time; I know we did about 8 miles before I went and did some strength training and sprints in the park. What a wonderful run.

    Feeling pretty miserable the whole time. Weird funk. Glad I finished the race, sad I didn't do it in 1:30. BUT, I did beat my 15k time. So I'm getting faster!

      Running commute to work? I love it and have some other online friends who do it. Mine would be a twice a day ultra marathon, not gonna happen =)

    Easy run - not sure if I should trust my iPod or the treadmill... one of them is off (and significantly... they were more than 0.5 miles apart...) but what can you do?

    Plus a warm-up and cool-down. It was insanely windy for the last 5 miles and snowing for the last 2.5 miles; but it was the best run ever. I was so into it. AHHH. PR's all around (time and distance).
