great CrossFit -- El Camino WOD

Fun outdoor wod at El Camino High School. Pretty much all of my weaknesses rolled into a wod, but hey -- that's kind of why you do it, right?

In teams of 5 holding a 50 lb sand bag (penalty if dropped)

Complete the following:

400m Team Run around track
250 air squats - 2 working at a time
Stadium Stairs - 25x - one working at a time
400 m Team Run around track
100 yards walking lunges
100 yard sprint
100 yards walking kettlebell swings
100 yard sprint
100 yards burpee broad jumps
100 yard sprint
100 yards wheelbarrows
100 yard sprint
Hill Run - 25x one person working at a time
400 m Team Run around the track

Fun times. But mostly because we went out for burgers and beers afterwards :)
